Review on The Grecian Soap Company’s goat milk soap

The Grecian Soap Company is a family run business that makes bath products from goats milk. The products are made in the great USA.

Disclosure: All About My Deals was given some samples in hopes to get social media coverage. All opinions are hers alone.

About: Using the finest natural ingredients, our handmade Goat’s Milk and Olive Oil soaps are unlike any conventional soap you may have tried and do not contain sodium lauryl Sulfate (SLS), parabens, sulfates or any other harsh chemicals. Their rich and creamy lather leaves you feeling fresh and moisturized. Many of our customers noted marked improvements in their skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis due to the goat’s milk anti-inflammatory properties. Also, the alpha hydroxy acid (lactic acid) contained in goat’s milk helps loosen dead skin cells which is especially beneficial for helping to prevent acne as well as a more youthful appearance.

Review: They sent me a really nice variety of soaps in different scents as well as a few others. I fell in love with the very first soap I tried, Tuberose. It’s a combination of goats milk and olive oil. I’ve never heard of tuberose before and can’t describe the scent. It’s a unique scent! It has a clean and fresh scent with a little kick to it.  The Lavender is pretty rich, which is great for relaxing. The Japanese Cherry Blossom and the Egyptian Musk scents are really subtle. I also received a sample with the almond scent. It’s a nice strong scent, but not harsh or overpowering, maybe smooth would be the right word? It’s unique and really lovely! Coco Mango is a smooth fruity smell that I could sniff all day.

The Grecian Soap Company also makes and sells soap that has an embedded natural wool sea sponge. The sponge goes all the way through the soap. At first, it takes awhile to get the soap lather happening on the sponge. I had to hold it under water and work the lather in my hand and keep putting the lather on top of the sponge and squeezing it. Once it was all lathered up, it worked great 😀 The sponge is really soft, way better than a washcloth or loofah. I fell in love with the wool sea sponge.

I’ve tried 4 of the soaps sent to me so far and I enjoyed every one of them. The scents are perfect and not something you’de find on a shelf at Wal Mart or other box stores. The soaps have a nice creamy lather and it rinses off real easy. My skin feels so clean and soft, the scent sticks around too! I’ve been taking showers at night just so that I can smell myself all night. 😀 I highly recommend the soaps!
